Hey, I’m Carisa - welcome to my little corner of the internet.

I’m a wife, a mom of three daughters (yes, one’s a teenager and the other two are grown!), and a woman in her 40s navigating the chaos, beauty, and realness of this season of life.

Around here, I talk about all of it - perimenopause, motherhood, identity shifts, showing up when you’re exhausted, and learning to feel at home in your body again. Some days I’m thriving. Some days I’m surviving. Most days, it’s both.

I created this space because, honestly?

On social media, I kept feeling like I was being told to sit down in my own story.
Like I needed to shrink, filter, or stay quiet about what I was walking through.
But I don’t believe healing should come with a hush.

So this blog? It’s mine. Unfiltered. Unapologetic.
Not a highlight reel - just a real one.

If you’re here for honest conversations about womanhood, wellness, faith, humor, identity, and figuring it out as you go - you’re in the right place. You don’t need to have it all together to be growing. You just have to keep showing up.

Thanks for being here. I hope you leave feeling a little more seen and a little less alone.
